Wow- came back home and found mouse and keyboard unresponsive. Tried reboot- no joy. Called Nick, I came by his house and POOF- he had it fixed in 2 seconds. " No Charge" he said-" I am happy to help"- Man, in this day and age to get customer service like that, well I for one am VERY grateful as the PC world and I don't jibe. Thanks Nick!!!

OK- It IS in his house, I did not pay strict attention so when I arrived at the address, I called him and he verified it was a home business. Nick was a total professional and found my problem right away!. There are discounts for bringing your computer/problem to his house versus him making a house call ,obvious I know but I enjoyed the discount. Once he found the main problem, he went and checked all other parameters to give my computer a clean bill of health. I am a Mac guy, so PC is foreign to me and Nick took care of me and said if I had any followup needs, just call him. I highly recommend him!

Nick aka Serdar is a great guy to work with. My computer had all sorts of problems and Nick handled it all. The service was fantastic as he delivered the computer back to my business and explain to me exactly what he did. Price was reasonable and overall a good experience.

I know this guy for almost 8 years he is taking care on my and my friends computer needs. I trust him with my computer without worrying there is no job that he can not do or have solution.

I got a virus on my home pc.
Found nick on yelp, and his reviews were all 5 star.
He cleaned my computer and gave me some great software protection suggestions.
I paid him the full amount through paypal, but paypal pulled the money from my debit card instead of my credit card (even though I chose the credit card with Nick watching).
This caused a $100 overdraft.
Paypal wouldn't do anything to fix it.
When I told Nick about it he gave me the $240 in cash to put into my account to cover the overdraft, dropped the rate for this visit to $180 and said he would wait until I get my next paycheck.
He was a huge help and I would refer anyone to him.

PS: He drove the money to my house.

Ok, I went to visit Nick when my main business laptop decided to not boot normally.

He operates out of his home just like me.

He had me running in a very short time.

Cleaned my machine and I bought a better virus and malware package from him.

This guy was pleasant, fast and knowledgeable.
